Property management for apartment blocks

Tom Rogers is regularly instructed by landlords, tenant management companies and managing agents in freehold sales and purchases, as well as bona vacantia purchases by tenant management companies. Our services include new company formations and advice on the most appropriate legal and management structures for leasehold schemes.

Rogers & Co. also assists firms in the professional managing agent sector who need to ensure that all legal formalities are adhered to on the transfer of the lease of a flat or apartment, which is an essential part of the agent's mandate from tenants.
